I bought my first computer from Computer Precision around 20 years ago – before modems – and it’s still going strong. It remains the computer I write the first drafts of my books and reports on.
I’ve bought internet-connected computers since then, and I up-grade when I need to, at my own pace.
This is where Computer Precision’s excellent service comes in. I’ve never been sold something I don’t need – or something before I need it. As an author and authors’ rights campaigner, I want reliability – and continuity – in both writing and saving my work. I also need a swift response if there’s a glitch. This has only happened once in 20 years, and was fixed on the day.
The other thing about Computer Precision is that the staff are human! They don’t try and press you with a hard sell and they like to know their customers.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for the technical support and advice CIPI gave me when my laptop died on me. Within a matter of hours, CIPI had retrieved all of my existing data and had my sole trader business up and running on a loan machine while awaiting the delivery of my new one. I had much trepidation about having to pluck a computer repair and services company out of the local phonebook to help in my PC crisis. However, I have no doubt that I was extremely lucky in finding a highly professional company whose overall service I do not believe could have been bettered.
The whole service from start to finish was first class, in terms of communication with me and keeping me informed of progress in a clear and comprehensible manner (for a relative techophobe!), realistic and accurate timescales for completion of work despite my own time pressures, keeping me informed at all relevant times of likely cost of the work and for providing advice and answering questions regarding my future requirements stemming from the problems I faced. At all times I felt that you had my best interest uppermost in your mind.
It is all too easy to complain and go into writing when things have gone wrong with a service, but I thought I would take a very small amount of time to tell you how you got things so right. I shall certainly recommend, and already have recommended, you to friends and small business associates who may require computer or network services.
My PC is now working well, albeit slowly due to its antiquity! Should I require a bespoke upgrade I know where I shall be coming for it!

We’ve been dealing directly with Benny and Woody, at Computer Precision. They’re reliable, reasonably priced, flexible and nice guys.
They recently installed a terminal server for us. I knew roughly what I wanted, but they made the decision easy by offering us options. They did it in a very short space of time. They worked very fast and got the server installed and running on the specified date. We were impressed.

Prompt and Helpful Service
Just to say thank you for getting the PC to work again and sorting out the Norton problem. That then caused a Blueyonder problem (!) but luckily they were able to talk me through readjusting my settings. It’s now running nice and quietly as well so thank you very much. I shall spread the word about your prompt and helpful service.
They’ve done a lot for me
They’re very helpful, and have done a lot for me. I live in Seaford, East Sussex, but it’s really worth my while coming up to London to get Computer Precision’s help. They make the local Seaford company look useless.
First Class!
As you may know, there was a fire in Subway’s adjacent fast food bar last night which has caused excessive smoke damage to my offices. In my personal office there was also broken glass to contend with.
I saw Motki, one of your engineers, outside the office at about 9.20 this morning and asked if he could check my computer and move it to a different location within the building.
Motki attended to this immediately and without fuss. He was absolutely brilliant and has enabled me to continue working. First class!

I was initially referred to Computer Precision after my computer contracted a vicious virus called XP Security Centre. Within a short time this company had efficiently and expediently eradicated the virus, and I have no hesitation in recommending Computer Precision to anyone who is experiencing similar problems.
